Anne has 25 years of successful B2B experience at leading providers of Fragrances, Cosmetics, Ingredients and Flavours solutions, across different segments (Fine, Beauty & Homecare, Cosmetics), combining global Business Unit P&L leadership, Global Accounts Sales growth track record and Sustainability expertise. Some of her roles included SVP Global Consumer Fragrance and VP Sustainability Strategy at Symrise AG.
Anne is recognised as a values driven leader with strong ethics and a collaborative management style. As part of Kinetic, Anne will specialise in empowering our clients to transition towards sustainable and innovative models, optimising their financial, environmental and social impact.
Stefania is a highly experienced finance and business leader with 25 years of experience spanning FMCG, Pharma, and Cruising industries. She has held local, regional and global roles in finance, including leading Commercial and Product Supply Finance at SC Johnson and serving as CFO at one of the Carnival Corp. brands.
With a background in M&A projects and a comprehensive understanding of business operations, Stefania is valued for her strategic insight, collaborative approach, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Stefania joins Kinetic to helps companies to maximise enterprise value through net revenue management, costs, organisation optimisation and process excellence.
