A multinational consumer products business had moved unsuccessfully to a regional structure, resulting in a 3-year downtrend in top-line results, frustration between teams and low employee engagement. This situation was further complicated by the recent acquisition of a similar sized business.

Feasible Plan
Working with the Leadership Team, we aligned on a clear assessment of the business and organisational situation. Based on this we defined a breakthrough strategy for growth. Using first-hand experience of the operating culture, we designed and delivered an 18-month implementation plan, essential to embed the change throughout the business.

We enabled the Leadership Team to deploy these key priorities in an innovative, compelling format, supported by a train-the-trainer approach. Implementation was underpinned by a pragmatic set of integrated structure, process and capability choices.
Result
3 out of 4 quarters of growth after 12 quarters of decline. Progress supported by unprecedented employee engagement results.
