A Leading Distributor Business' leadership team spans 19 countries in Europe and had evolved over years of acquisitions and joint ventures. There was a need to equip them with a robust change management program.

Feasible Plan
We designed and executed a 360-feedback process for the leadership team. Then we ran 1-1 coaching sessions with each leader to define key strengths, opportunity areas and action steps. We also engaged internal and external stakeholders in developing situational assessment for the business. Working with the leadership we developed a common vision, defined strategic choices and translated the above to participant level, in terms of critical interventions needed within their business unit.
Capability to Deliver
We ensured the program could be successfully delivered face-to-face and virtually without any decrease in engagement results. In doing so we created a high-performance learning culture and ensured individual commitment of each participant on the key deliverables after the workshop.
Result
A “truly experiential” virtual leadership program achieved the highest score in the region over the past two years.
