A large, Global Family leading a Private Global Company had identified the requirement for a strategic shift in their business, with subsequent impact on their structure and operations. This, in turn, created a need for a different leadership approach, starting with key family members.
To attract, retain, develop and promote exceptional talent to guarantee family continuity, deliver sustainable business results and be a “force for good” in an increasingly competitive world.
Working with the Family HR leaders, we designed and executed a plan to: develop a robust pipeline of future leaders; identify younger family high potentials and provide them with stretching development experiences; and enable each individual family member to create a tailored development plan, inside or outside of the business as appropriate.
Capability to Deliver
We supported family leadership in re-designing, staffing and developing the Family HR team in order that they could support the development of younger family members going forward. We also trained and involved senior family members in assessment activities for buy-in and sustainability.
Transformed the future family leadership pipeline, based on aligned assessment and development plans for over 80 younger family members.
