Andy has 27 years of Senior Line Management experience in operational and strategic roles at Kellogg and Procter & Gamble. He has worked on diverse categories at local, regional and global level, in both developed and emerging markets.

Andy has led regional business units, brand building and innovation plans worldwide, and multi-country operations teams from the UK to Russia, Middle East and Africa. He has also led a number of M&A and business integration projects, and numerous large organisation design and change management initiatives. Andy has been delivering results for clients as a consultant since 2015.
