Barkon has more than 20 years of experience in the banking and recruitment sectors. He has assumed responsibilities in the Private Banking world during 14 years within the Swiss Banks. He then began to work in recruitment sector as International Executive Search Consultant and recruited banking staff including at C-Level.
His last role before joining Kinetic was as Director of a Swiss Recruitment firm specialised in the banking and IT environments in Switzerland, Europe, Israel and in the Middle East.
