Chris is a British national with over 30 years international credit management and billing experience. This was gained during his role as Director of Billing Operations for Cable & Wireless and as principal of his own niche consulting firm with a number of UK and international client consulting assignments. He is also responsible for having developed, and now manages, the Best Practice Accreditation Programme for the CICM.
Chris has extensive expertise in improving order to cash performance for clients delivering these improvements through hands on people and process lead solutions creating significant value for clients. His innovative and enthusiastic approach to operational management makes him a sought after speaker and writer and he was awarded ‘Contribution to Credit Management’ Award in 2015 by CCRi Magazine.
