Joris is a Dutch national who brings with him 35 years of diverse international experience gained at Shell. During this time he held a number of senior finance positions from country and regional businesses through to global functions. He has broad experience in business and finance functional restructuring, including shared service operations around the world.
Before joining Kinetic, Joris was Global Credit Manager for Shell’s downstream business and a member of the Offer-to-Cash Council, covering operations in over 40 countries. Under his leadership, an innovative approach to credit management created significant value for the Shell Group and his team received international acclaim.
