Kim offers more than 30 years’ global blue chip experience ranging from Arthur Andersen to the World Economic Forum to Caterpillar. Starting in Finance and then moving to HR, her extensive business and organisational leadership experience has allowed her to lead the implementation of significant change programs.

These initiatives range from being a key contributor to one of the world’s largest tax optimization projects, to developing internal coaching at corporate level, to the design & delivery of a World-Class DEI course.

Her last role before joining Kinetic involved creation and implementation of a top-rated Global Corporate L&D journey called “The Accountability Advantage”.
