Lori is a seasoned HR executive with 30 years experience in HR Strategy, HR Transformation and global HR Service Delivery. Lori has worked across multiple industries including telecom, automotive, logistics, athletic wear and food & beverage (Scania, adidas, DB Schenker, Arla Foods, Johnson Controls, Cincinnati Bell).

For the past 10 years Lori’s focus has been helping organizations evolve their HR strategies to support achieving strategic business targets. Key areas of focus include establishing the right HR Service Delivery levers to ensure the critical work of HR is effectively set up and managed—including technology, process and people analytics—so that Strategic HR can focus on driving business outcomes tied to the business strategy.

Prior to joining Kinetic, Lori was SVP of Global People Services for Scania, where she was responsible for designing and running the global HR CoE and Service Delivery areas for Scania.
